I reached out to them after doing some research on the benefits of mini split systems for my older home, which doesn’t have ductwork. Within a day, I had a response and a scheduled in-home consultation. The technician, Mark, arrived on time, thoroughly assessed my home, and walked me through the pros and cons of different system options. He didn’t push the most expensive model—instead, he focused on what would suit my space, usage, and budget best.
